Outrageous Art Sale
WHAT? Liz Nicklus and Carl B. Johnson Outrageous Art Sale.

WHERE? 415 Sassafras Street, Millville, NJ
WHY? Because
The room in the background is the Room formerly known as Liz’s Studio. It is the back bedroom of the house, and the one room to have escaped any sincere effort of renovation. No more.
It currently houses our art. Our studios now occupy the attic, which recently has undergone a minor face-lift – new ceiling, electrical outlets added, paint job and minor repairs to the wood floor.
This room will receive a new coat of paint like every other room in the house. The floor is to undergo a sanding and refinishing which will consist of a coat of sealer and three coast of Minwax Urethane. But we have to make room!
This is where you come in. Our art will be priced at ridiculously low prices. Those paintings that do not sell will most likely be destroyed. And NO, you cannot have them for free if they do not sell!
How low can we go? Many paintings will sell for $20. Paintings under 20″ x 20″ will sell for $50. Paintings larger will sell for $100. My largest will go for $150 (they normally sell for $500 or higher). Nothing will be priced higher than $150.
