The forces of the Camden County Democratic Machine under the control of George Norcross have conspired with the Cumberland County Democratic Organization in a blatant attempt to destroy the first amendment rights of bloggers and citizens that would dare speak out against corruption in the county.

Doug Long, chair of the Cumberland County Democratic Party launched a very expensive legal campaign to squash my right of free speech for running the politcal blog MWatch.com. I have won the court case, the plaintiff dropped all charges with prejudice. But I still have a ton of legal bills, as is often the case with SLAPP lawsuits.

The CCDO has deep pockets to their full frontal assault, knowing that I am of limited financial means. They failed to succeed in silencing me, but there will still be an icy chill on political speech in this county. Politcal discourse has been radically curtailed by the threat of insane legal bills. This is NOT a partisan effort. No party should have the right to attack people for exercising their right to speak up.

Therefore I am asking for donations to my legal defense fund. These donations are not tax-deductible, unforunately. My total defense cost $8110. The graphic to the right will be updated with all contributions.

I will use this money ONLY expenses related to my legal defense. I promise not to reveal the names of those that donate, unless you give me explicit permission.
